I miss Liz - bright, beautiful and articulate. Every time I drive up from the City, past Massachusetts, to Maine, I remember her. My sympathies to her family members who have her company in spirit, but not here on Earth.

I knew and admired Liz for 1/2 my life. We were friends from the time I moved to Boston and joined Women's City Club, around 1978 - 79 and friends thru the year she died in 2008. Liz was one of the most decent people on earth, and completely committed to justice and the law. If there is an afterlife, I hope she is sharing it with Julian, the love of her life. When I see hope and happiness, I think of Liz.

Liz and I were dormmates during our freshman year at Wellesley and had kept in touch over the decades. She was an intelligent, generous and caring woman. Our lives are diminished by her untimely passing. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

I only knew Elizabeth for a short time but during that time she was a wonderful person to be around. She cared so much about people and life. I will miss her.

Liz was my best friend when we attended Wellesley College together. She is one of the kindest, most thoughtful and loving people I have ever known. Its a great tragedy that her life was cut short, when she had so much to offer. She will be missed by all her friends in Texas. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family, especially her mother, and her brother Michael.

Elizabeth was a truly special friend. She was generous in every way. She never failed to contribute to the many charity rides I've done to raise money for cancer research. She was resourceful in her battle with cancer and a worthy adversary to the disease. Her positive outlook and sense of humor, even in the face of long odds, served as a source of inspiration to me and those lucky enough to know her. She was a bright light who brought so much to our world and a class act in every way. I will miss her greatly and I feel blessed to have counted her among my friends. My prayers go out to her family at this time of sorrow.
