So sad to hear about your great loss. I was so shocked and saddened to hear about Betsys passing. I spent many days decorating your beautiful home with Betsy and what a beautiful and talented person she was. She always brought a smile to my face. I will truly miss her.

I was a classmate of Betsy's at Newton HS. I'll always remember her smile and her leadership as the first female President of the Student Council. My thoughts and prayers are with Peter and her whole family. I know she'll be greatly missed.

Dear Snyder/Gross Family,
We are so very sorry for your loss. We know neither you or Betsy but when we went to visit our son's grave today at Bet Olam, we couldn't help but notice the beautiful white flowers on the ground next to our son's grave. We saw the plaque with Betsy's name and age. She is the same age as my husband and I. We took such comfort in knowing our son will be next to such a wonderful person and loving Mother. Our son's name is Micah and he died almost 5 years ago at the age of 30. We will be putting a stone on Betsy's headstone for years to come. Although I have only known each of you for a year, and met Betsy only twice, I have experienced the strength, character, warmth, and integrity of your wonderful family. In recent years, I sometimes saw Betsy at the grocery store (I live nearby) and always enjoyed catching up with news about her career and family. I remember the first time you told me about Betsy. You said you had met this amazing girl. The way you spoke about her it sounded like you thought "she might be THE ONE". I said something crass like, "OK, how does she look?" You said "You'll see." Of course, you were right, she was an amazing girl - so beautiful and so smart. You were a great couple right from the start. I can only imagine how much you will miss her, but hopefully you will take solace in the wonderful time you had together.

I remember when you first met Betsy. You told me you had met this amazing girl and you had a look on your face like "She might be 'THE ONE'. And I said something like "Ok, is she good looking?" and you said, "You'll see." You were right, she was amazing - so smart and so beautiful. You were a great couple right from the start.
