ELLEN MARIE BOND

BOND, Ellen Marie (Conway) Age 82, of Auburn, California, passed through the gates to heaven on May 6, 2022. She was a wonderful lady with a great sense of humor. She fiercely loved family and if you were a child or a dog, you were sure to get extra attention and treats from her. We will miss her very much. Ellen was born to Francis Joseph Conway and Mary Conway in Boston, MA. She graduated from high school at Saint Thomas Aquinas in Jamaica Plain, MA, where she played basketball. Ellen received her BA in Education at Regis College in 1961 and Master of Mathematics at Boston College. She started her career as a math teacher at Millis High School in Millis, MA, and later traveled across the country to California to work for a high tech company, where she met Elliott. Guided by style and faith, Ellen enjoyed hosting parties, active involvement in social clubs, playing bridge and golf, and family. Ellen is survived by her husband of 52 years Elliott Bond; their three children Ann (Leandro) Reis, Scott (Sheila) Bond, David (Anne) Bond; and nine grandchildren as well as her beloved brother Francis (Mary) Conway, his three boys Frank (Tara) Conway, Michael (Andreina) Conway, Sean (Kelly) Conway; and six grandnephews and grandnieces.
