DALTON, Ethel I. (McPhillips) Age 99, a former longtime Concord resident, Dec. 6, 2020. Dedicated wife of the late John P. Dalton. Beloved mother of John Dalton and his wife Deborah of Beverly and David Dalton and his wife Carol of Concord. Adored grandmother of Kara Waters and her husband James of Beverly, Kathryn Dalton and her husband Craig Friedman of Scottsdale, AZ, Shannon Dalton of Concord, LCpl. Sean Dalton, USMC of Concord and Brian Dalton of Concord and great-grandmother to Charlotte Waters and Ryan Friedman. Also leaves many nieces and nephews. Grandmother of the late Jessie Dalton and sister to the late T. Frederick, Francis, J. Edwin, Herbert and John McPhillips and Marion Selenius. Ethel's family gathered privately in the Dee Funeral Home. Burial followed at St. Bernard's Cemetery, Concord. Contributions in her memory may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
