FAY B. COLE

1932 - 2016

COLE, Fay B. 83, of Wrentham, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2016 in the Pond Home, Wrentham. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles H. Cole, Jr. who passed away in 2012. Born in Swampscott on April 25, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Robert S. and Mildred E. (Fay) Bolan. Fay was raised in Sharon and was a graduate of Sharon High School. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Lesley College. Fay worked as a Certified Public Accountant for several accounting firms, as well as maintained her own private practice. Fay is survived by her children; Anne Linscott and her husband Richard of Plainville, Robert Cole and his wife Dawn McClain of Plainville, Barbara Brisson of Foxboro, Thomas Cole and his wife June of Santee, CA, Patricia Cole of Plainville, and James Cole and his wife Shu of Bloomington, Indiana, four brothers; Peter Bolan of Connecticut, Richard Bolan of Minnesota, Robert Bolan of Florida, and Harry Bolan of Pennsylvania, and her grandchildren; Karin (Wiklund) Toomey, Christine (Linscott) Milligan, Steven Linscott, Phillip Carnevale, Marilyn (Carnevale) Hannaford, Rebekah Simon, Emily Cole, Jennifer Cole, Angela (Cole) Green, Christopher Cole, and Elizabeth Cole. Also survived by eight great-grandchildren. She was the grandmother of the late Michael Wiklund and Thomas Carnevale. The family would like to extend a very special thank you to the staff at Pond Home, the Community at Pond Meadow and other caregivers for the compassionate care given to Fay during the past four years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation on Friday evening, April 22nd from 4 - 7 PM in the RJ Ross Funeral Home, 135 South Street, WRENTHAM. A reception in her honor will be held on Saturday, April 23rd from 11 AM to 1 PM in the Barn at the Community of Pond Meadow, 279 East Street, Wrentham. Burial will be private.
