Frannie, how to describe her? She was one of the kindest, funniest, caring people I knew. She would take her own troubles and laugh at them. She always would care for others before herself. You are very missed Frannie.

I was fortunate enough to grow up with her from first grade till graduation.

Even though I am now in Florida, I still keep up on old friends in Chelsea. I was so saddened to hear the news yesterday about Frannie. I can remember all of us growing up together in the neighborhood. Frannie was always a sweet person and would always be there to help anyone. She will be sadly missed by everyone that she touched in life. The old neighborhood (Tremont, Winnisimmett, and Park) will never be the same. Another good person that has gone to the Angels. Rest in Peace Frannie.

Frannie spoke these words to me in a conversation we had. She said she was not put on earth to impress anyone.She said she was not put on this earth to impress anyone. If I can only help one person, bring a smile to one face then my time on this earth will be worth it. A true Angel walked among us. I will miss you .
