Of Allston, August 9, 2008, Age 79. Loving Husband of Marie (Ferranti) Makie. Devoted father of Debbie Canavan and her husband Joseph cf S. Boston, Diana Makie of Brighton, Frank Makie and his fiancee Kim McNally of Hampstead, NH, Marlene Kechris and her husband Evangelos of S. Boston, Karin Reynolds and her husband Ed of Tustin, CA, John Makie and his wife Joan of Mansfield and Jean Makie of Potomac, MD. Cherished grandfather of 13. Brother of Robert Makie and his wife Eleanor of Peabody, and the late John, Ina, Aileen and Ellen Makie. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
