Melissa, Heather and Frank,
Please accept my deepest condolences for the loss of your Dad. I am terribly sad and will miss seeing him every day. Frank meant alot to me as he did to his other neighbors at 297 Main Street. After the loss of my dad earlier this year, he became a surrogate dad while helping me cope with my loss. Frank will always hold a special place in my heart.
