Dear Frank Family,

My name is Rachael Hu and I was an intern recruited by Frank in 2006 in D.C.. During my internship, Frank provides to me the best support and mentoring that I could never imagine. Although it's been almost 18 years, I still remember all the details in D.C. when supervised by Frank. He is so kind, nice, knowledgable and intelligent. I felt very, very sad that he passed away, he will be memorized forever.

Best regards,
Rachael
