I miss Frank´s laugh and his sense humor. We had many laughs together. Not only was he a talented performer but more importantly he was a great person and good friend. I know you´re up in heaven and your family is as much as proud of you as you are of them.

To all who lost my Brother,
I have memories of Frank far to long to put in print. Everyone seems to speak well of those who pass; but the truth is, my brother was simply amazing. From the moment I knew him as a much younger brother until I was an adult.(he was always such an inspiration). In the early days we worked together driving from place to place to find gigs. I served as his DJ to provide music before and after his show to offer a full night of entertainment. In time Frank only needed to book himself as a feature. Places like Periwinkles, Portsmouth Ramada Inn launched his career. In time, venues started to seek him based on his popularity that continues till this day. However, my fondest memories of Frank are as a little kid (he always made me and my younger sister laugh), He eventually spread that charm, love and wit as a great father to his kids and eventually an incredible Grandfather. He was the ultimate care keeper of my family; taking care of my late Mother for years and most recently my Father. Frank used his lifestyle as an entertainer to utilize every free waking moment to take care of everybody around him. I can’t help but think that the only time Frank had to himself was when he was doing his job. But then again, for Frank, that was his form of free time; making people laugh. Frank was also an amazing friend to so many (as usual, taking care of those in need). I feel deeply for Karol, his wife that together made such an amazing team. I deeply feel for Frank’s children Lisa and Frank and their children that my brother loved so much and enjoyed having fun with. Simply put, my brother was the ultimate grandfather because in his heart he was still a kid. I do not feel sad for my brother for he lived more in sixty years than most will do in one-hundred years. However, my heart pains for those who will miss his mere presence on earth and unconditional loving heart and hand. This includes me and countless others.
Frank, I was blessed to not only have you as a brother but more importantly as a dear friend.
Peace to you and all you love,
Brother Gary

To the Santos family,
Condolences on the passing of Frank. He brought laughter and smiles to brighten the lives of many people.
I remember first going to his shows at the Gondola Club in Taunton, and the Ramada Inn in Portsmouth. When Frank visited the greyhound track; we would sit together. A real nice gentleman.

Frank will always hold a special place in my heart and memories. He was not only a great person and performer but he was responsible for bringing me to Rhode Island to perform myself many, many times and I am so appreciative of that fact. I have made so many friends over the years because of him and it was always an extreme pleasure to be in his company and that of his wonderful family. I am sad to have lost him but am thankful to have known him and to be in his presence over the years.
Much love always to his family and my deepest regrets for their loss.

Frank had a special talent but more importantly a positive spirit and genuine friendly attitude. I grew up with him and his brothers Steve and Gary, and can confidently say Frank and his entire family were (and are) a very important and respected part of our community. I will miss Frank for his smile, good nature and honesty. He was very easy to like. Similarly I will miss his shows...because he was a fantastic performer. I will always feel good that I had the pleasure and opportunity to know Frank, enjoy his conversation and appreciate his talent. God Bless a very good person and friend.
My prayers and condolences to Frank's family...and keep up the fun shows in Heaven Frank!

I knew Frank both on a professional level and as great friend. I met Frank in 1981 and loved his show.
In 1986 my Entertainment agency began to book some of his shows into colleges, clubs and private functions. On a professional level, he was one of the best in the field. Frank was always incredibly easy to work with and understood the importance of protocol.
As the years went by, I got to know him and his family better and better. He became on of my best friends in the world. He and his wife Karol, always made me feel like I was at home, when I visited them.
Frank and I would sometimes do gigs together and have fun playing music trivia on his satellite radio on the way home.
The thing I remember about him the most is how he took good care of friends in need, like retired singer/comedian Golden Joe Baker, who was very ill. Frank would often sacrifice a good part of his day to attend to Joe's medical needs and bring him to doctor visits and such.
He also had a great love for his wife, kids, family and friends. Let's not forget about his love for animals. He loved his doggies.
I will remember his as one of the best people I have ever come across in my life on both a professional and personal level.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife Karol,Frank JR, along with the rest of his family & Friends.
He will be sorely missed.
In time, I hope we can all celebrate his life's accomplishments and hope we have learned a little from how he lived his life and treated others.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
