Claude and I (Miriam) will never forget the first time we met Fred in Lake George. That was the day we were so blessed and fortuate to have made such a great and valued friend who was and still is considered as family. Both Claude and I remember as if it was yesterday when he went rock climbing with Fred and after a while had to call Annette to come and get them as it rained and the rocks were slippery and we had to get into the car to get them. So many great memories which we will always treasure and keep very close to our hearts. Fred was and still is very loved and most definitely missed.

I met Fred many decades ago through his friendship with my brother Arnie, who, also very sadly, recently passed. May both of their memories be a blessing. My deepest condolences.

My deepest condolences to the Manasse Family...
To say Fred was a strong man who overcame many challenges in his life would be an understatement..
His courage and integrity was legendary, and his love for family and friends was never questioned.
As I write this with sadness, I feel very fortunate to have known such a strong intelligent man...
May his memory live on in your hearts forever....

I first met Fred about 35 years ago as Lauren's dad; I last saw him in September while on a Boston visit from Los Angeles. I'm sorry that I didn't learn earlier more of the many fascinating aspects of his life!
