Of Revere, passed away on June 23, 2013. Loving son of the late David and Irene Diamond. Dear brother of the late Edward Diamond. Loving uncle of Carla Carpinelli, Randall Diamond, Kim Grant, Scott Diamond, Eric Diamond and Meagan Diamond. Also survived by his longtime companion Annaliese Cooper. Services at the Torf Funeral Chapel, 151 Washington Ave., Cary Sq., CHELSEA on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 12:00 Noon. Donations in Frederick's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice. It sucks your gone now, I know we had our issues through the years and got into little spats more often than with others, but you have done a lot for me. I didn't understand the lengths and sacrifices you took for me, because i was young and naïve. Looking back now and realizing how much you honestly cared about me, makes me sick with sorrow. Even though I never let you know how much I appreciated everything and let you know the impact you had on me, I feel like you know now anyway. I definitely wouldn't be where I'm at now or who I am today without your help. Thanks for everything Grandpa, i hope you are finally enjoying some rest, considering you never allowed yourself much of it. I love and miss you Fred, I'll see you again one day.

Sad to hear that Fred died. He was the personification of "zealous advocate." I was just starting out when I met him in 1992 and I did learn from him. What a character.

Fred I was happy to have known you as a brother attorney and even when we were on opposite sides we had a mutual respect. you were worried who was going to keep the faith after we were gone. Still doing it counselor. Miss you. Michael Splaine

Just learned of the untimely death of my fellow attorney and comrade in arms in the US Air Force. Fred was an inspiration to us all. He was for the common He suffered much indignity but persisted in the face of overcoming discrimination. RIP Fred. You will be missed.
