DR. GALO RAMIRO LIVELO

LIVELO, Dr. Galo Ramiro Of Braintree, 88 years of age, entered Life Eternal at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth on Thursday, April 28, 2016. He was a District Supervisor / Administrator for the Department of Education, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. He was a graduate of Ortanez University at Manila, Philippines. He came to Braintree in 1998. He was involved in the Cursillo Movement, the Ave Maria Choir at St. Augustine Church, Pinamalayan Oriental Mindoro. He was born at Mogpog, Marinduque, Philippines. He was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church. He is survived by his beloved wife, Acela (Naling) Livelo. He was the devoted father of 3 daughters; Jessah N. Livelo and her cat "Frosty" of Braintree, Raquel Livelo Esguerra and her husband Wilfredo Esguerra of Braintree, and Dr. Jeanette Livelo and her close friend Rochie Panganiban of Holbrook. He was the loving grandfather of Rachel Marie Livelo-Esguerra and Raphael Gilfred Livelo-Esguerra, both of Braintree. He was the brother of Lerma Livelo-Dairo of Hastings on Hudson, NY, Festin Livelo and Marilyn Livelo-Roperez of the Philippines. He was brother of the late Isidrito, Juanito, Rolerto, and Antolin. He was the uncle of Annamarie Squillante of California, Maria Theresa Naling and Noel Mingi of Germany, Danilo Livelo and Engr. Frederick Naling of the Philippines, Madette Livelo Serrantes of New York City, and Liza Sajor of Canada. Visiting hours will be held at the Mortimer N. Peck-Russell Peck Funeral Home, 516 Washington Street, BRAINTREE, on Monday, May 2nd from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. There will be a gathering at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 3rd at 9:30am to be followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Francis of Assisi Church, South Braintree Square at 10:30am. Burial plans are being completed.
