Aloha Ace, I'm here in Hawaii, a million miles from NYC, and I was surfing the channels on Wednesday night,I slipped onto the CBC, and
they said your name, I couldn't believe it. So Sorry for your families loss. I would love to know how they kept you at bay. I'll never forget you, Aloha. Peace.

Only knew Ace for a short time in the early 70s (Marconi Club) but remember him as full of life and promise. Despite the long gap of years, knowing he is gone is a wound to the soul. Wishing healing and grace to his family and friends.

God will take great care of Mr. Ace Bailey. Your loved one helped me share great joy with very ill children. Ace was a good friend to my brother and upon request sent in Bruin players to visit with patients of mine while they were hospitalized. These visits were not of the handshake variety, but of hours spent with the kids. A few Bruin players became dear friends with some of the patients. I cannot express the sadness I have with his loss. He was a very kind and giving man. Prayers are with you.
