Gerry
Was a kindred soul. A warm and caring person. I worked for him for 5 years and the numerous times I went to his office thanks to Helen he would greet me as if I was family. Gerry new all his many workers by name and made himself available whenever needed.
He had a compassion in the workplace that was truly rare.
I will miss his beautiful smile.

Mrs. Schuster, Scott and family,

I'm so sorry to hear that Jerry has passed away. It was so wonderful to work with him, and know him during my time at the home office at Wingate. I have so many funny stories from working directly for him the years that I worked there. He always treated his employees like gold, and I never forgot that. He was a treasure, and just one of a kind. A kind, generous man. He will be remembered and missed. Wishing you all peace and comfort.

Growing up living two doors down from "Mr. Schuster", I remember fondly that he had a welcoming home, a beautiful family, a little yorkie named Missy ( I think) and a smile on his face. It was a great place to grow up. And his love and pride for his family was clear for all to see. Thanks for the memories.

I am thankful to Todd Schuster for the employment opportunity at CWC. And last but not least I would like to thank Scott and Heidi Schuster for the compassion and support demonstrated throughout my illness and recovery. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Jerry,
I worked for you many years ago.
I knew you to be a very compassionate, friendly and supportive.
What I liked the most was you were very approachable.
I used to come to see you, and Helen(your administrative assistant) would always say to me, go ahead Jerry will see you.
I thank you for a great many things, you taught me the property management business and allowed me my own space to grow.
I retired and used your skills to run a successful property management company in Tucson, Arizona, thanks to you.
I think of you often and thank you for being who you were.

I know that words will not ease the pain and sadness you and your family are experiencing;
