FAY, Mrs. Geraldine M. "Gerri" (Cronin) Of Weymouth, died August 22, 2016. Gerri was a telephone operator for the New England Telephone Company for over 40 years. Beloved wife of Michael J. Fay. Loving mother of Marianne Sheppard and son-in-law, Kevin, of Abington, Mike Fay and his wife, Patty, of Wilmington, Richard Fay of Palm Coast, FL, Brian Fay and his wife, Michele, of Abington, Rosemarie Brown and her husband, Craig, of Norwell, and Kathleen Austrino and her husband, Dominic, of Palm Coast, FL. Sister of Patricia Ganley of Pocasset, and Beverly Polisky of Bourne. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8:30 AM on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Albert the Great Church, Weymouth, at 9:30 AM. Cremation will follow.
