He'll be deeply missed. I'll have a drink for him while watching the sunset over Waikiki at the Royal Hawaiian.

My love and prayers are with all the loving friends and family members of Gerard. Although my association with him was a brief one, his wit, warmth, and strong faith was ever present. He was a special man who shall be missed by many but please remember him as the vital man he was who loved life. In illness and death he always thought of others. He demonstrated incredible grace and equanimity and I am sure there is one more angel in heaven. May time heal your loss and memories warm your soul.
