GLEN GOLDMAN Obituary

GOLDMAN, Glen M. Beloved husband of Rachel (Kaplan) Goldman; extra-proud father of Max, Teddy and Harry; cherished son of Helaine Chusid of Boynton Beach, FL and the late Robert Goldman; loving brother to Staci Gordon (David); uncle to Brianna and Steven; son-in-law of Ronne Kaplan Nenner and Ronald Nenner of Sandy Springs, GA. Glen grew up in Wheatley Heights, NY, attended Half Hollow Hills H.S. East, graduated from McGill University and the London School of Economics. Rachel met Glen on a blind date and recognized instantly that he was a "mensch." They married in 2008. An amazing, devoted dad to his sons, Glen was happiest watching them play soccer, with iced coffee in hand and second happiest watching the KC Chiefs, Miller-Lite in hand. He engaged all children in high level conversations on a wide range of topics, celebrating their intellectual curiosity with patience and genuine interest. He made matzoh brei on request. Glen modeled for his sons the importance of community, as he and Rachel welcomed friends and neighbors into their home, for Shabbat, holidays and for extended stays as houseguests. Glen loved dogs and dogs loved him back. He was a doting dog-daddy to Buttons. A private Funeral was held in NY. Donations in Glen's memory can be made to Coolidge Corner Theater and The Roxbury Latin School.
