SCHRAMM, Goodwin T. (Known as Tim), 76 of Cohasset died February 11, 2014 peacefully in his home surrounded by his family. Tim was born and raised in Mount Lebanon, PA, son of George N. Schramm of Cumberland, Maryland and Pauline Hill Schramm of East Liverpool, OH. Tim received his undergraduate degree from Denison University and Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School. After receiving his MBA Tim began his career at Grey Advertising in New York and went on to be an executive for The Gillette Company in Boston, MA. Tim lived in Madrid, Spain for 10 years where he met and married his wife, Carmen Pena Moller, in 1971, followed by two years in Connecticut before settling in Cohasset. Tim enjoyed traveling, gardening and spending time with his family both in Cohasset and in Sanibel, FL, and was a member of The Cohasset Yacht Club and The Captiva Island Yacht Club. Tim is survived by his wife Carmen, daughter Ellen and husband Kyle Hublitz of Fairfield, CT and daughter Lisa and husband Peter Buckley of Scituate, MA, brother George N. Schramm Jr. and wife Joan of Lake Wylie, SC, and sister Debbie and her husband Bill Brewster of Trumbull CT, five grandsons Finn and Luke Hublitz, and Andrew, Oliver and Cole Buckley and many nephews and nieces both in the US and Spain. A Memorial Service will be held in Tim's honor on February 27, 1:00pm at St. Anthony's Church in Cohasset, MA. Carmen, I was hoping to meet you today at the Denison Luncheon on Sanibel. Lynn & John Muskoff told me your sad news. Tim & my first husband, George Benson, who died at age 30 in an airplane crash had been "roommates" for our 1958 Study Abroad trip with Denison. George was a Wittenberg grad who joined the Denison program. We all enjoyed Tim's company. Sorry to learn of your loss.

While working at The Gillette Company, Tim and I developed warm respect and appreciation of each other that went on for many years. My fondest memories are working along with Tim at three World Cups and regardless of which soccer team won, I always thought that the team of Tim, Carmen, Ellen and Lisa actually earned "the Cup".
