Haven was a great friend to my brother and I growing up as young kids. I am very sad to hear he has left us. I will never forget all the good times we had together growing up as young kids.. Playing in the woods, skiing, and so much more.. My heart goes out to his family. You will be missed but I will never forget the great memories you gave me.

Judy, Bill & Pat - your son was one of the best friends that I ever had. Almost every one of my favorite high school moments involves Haven and he was there for me for the fun times and the difficult times. He will be truly missed and I am so sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing him with us for the past 26 years - he made all of our lives a brighter place. Love, Allie (haven's sr. prom date/ punk concert cohort)

I feel so honored to have been a part of Haven's life. He had such a unique sense of humor & quick wit. I will always remember the Christmas holidays & how he would make me laugh at Aunt Pat's & Bill's house during Bill's famous turkey dinners. He was one of a kind & you should be proud that you've raised such a kind, gentle & loving soul. May God bless you & Haven. With much love & our deepest sympathy.

We are so sorry for your loss. We remember with fondness, Haven's friendly greeting after each of
St. Mike's lacrosse games and his grateful way of always thanking those that helped with the tailgating. We hope that your memories will help sustain you during this time.
With Warm Regards,
David and Anne Hannon

I will always remember Haven's breakaway game winning goal with 3 seconds left against Andover (3-2) 02'. I lost the face off in our defensive zone and Haven accompanied by Matt Dimanno stormed the point. Haven used his body to block the slap shot releasing him for the breakaway. It was one of the biggest wins in my four years of L-S Hockey. I wanted to share that fond memory of Haven and give my condolences to his family. (L-S Class of 2003)

Although I never knew Haven, as a member of the St. Michael's community I know that his voice and contributions to the campus still resonate and inspire students today. As a member of The Defender, the campus paper that he so frequently contributed to, we hope to reprint one of his columns in Tuesday's paper, accompanied by an article paying tribute to his life. As the St. Michael's community commemorates his life, we welcome the voices of anyone who knew him. If anyone wishes to share thoughts, stories or memories about Haven, please feel free to contact me at [email protected].

Sincerely,

Gail and Tony Mariano

Bill, although I never met your son, I feel that I knew him through the stories we shared as our boys went through St. Michael's together. I am at a loss for words but know that your friends are here for you.

Haven is a wonderful young man, and I will remember his smiling face, and good humor. I also went to Lincoln-Sudbury (class of 1978), and that's what got us talking when he first came to CRI. Everyone here will miss greatly.
Much love and sympathy.

I cannot express how sorry I am to hear of Haven's passing. Haven was always so wonderful to my son, Jake Beebe, at LS. Although Jake was three years younger, Haven always treated him as a peer and enjoyed playing hockey and lacrosse with him. What a loss for all of us who knew him- the kindest, most genuine, most vivacious person!!
My sympathy to you.
