My brother, Herbert Baumel, died April 22, 2010. He was the concertmaster and assistant conductor of the original production of "Fiddler on the Roof" on Broadway for eight years. Loss of a loved one is never easy. My thoughts are with the family.

I can only recall the fondest past memories of the wonderful times spent in the company of my dear friend Herb. He was a true gem of a human being. My condolences to the entire family.
