Anne Hession and family
September 25, 2022
This is indeed a sad day Holly, for all of your family and friends. Watching you grow up, dear, and just across the street was great. I can see that beautiful face, wonderful smile and hear that quick laugh even now, Holly. You were always so kind and thoughtful of others - a gentle soul. It's hard to let you go, but I do know you are already in heaven with your mother and Uncle Rich, and no longer in pain. For that we are grateful. Rest in peace. Love, Mrs. Hession (and family)

So saddened to hear of the passing of Holly. I have great memories of competing in races with Holly such a talented athlete. Thinking of her family and friends at this sad time.

I went to high school with Holly. I'll always remember her for being overly kind, a fabulous athlete and a beautiful person overall. She seemed invincible. I'm sure she's touched many lives and hearts since high school. My heart goes out to her family and friends. My deepest condolences.

This is heartbreaking. She was such an inspiration to many female runners at L Street. She was far too young to be gone, and my heart goes out to you and your family.
