He will be missed and remembered forever and I wanted to share my favorite memories of my grandfather, which include:
1. Always laughing and counting the number of rice that missed my mouth and fell on the table. I always was the one sitting next to grandpa and was the messy one.
2. Grandpa attending to my cries one night my siblings and I were sleeping over. Apparently, one of my socks had found its way off my foot and I was so worried from losing it. I look back at it now and laugh, which is what my grandfather did, too, when recalling this moment. BTW, we found the sock...
3. Grandpa being so proud of me when I made the Boston Herald for volleyball. It was just the beginning of Boy's HS volleyball in the State and our HS was the top team then. I remember grandpa telling me how he would tell all his buddies at the Coffee & Donut shop down the street from their house. He was so happy and proud.
There are so much more, but these are my favorite. I hope to see others share their favorite memories of my grandfather... especially ones when he was younger.
