I still think of Irene often. There are little things that trigger a memory. I remember the last time I saw her she had a sandy-colored top and pants on. Every time I see someone with that color on I think of Irene, funny, huh. I know you all miss her. She is someone to be missed, a wonderful lady, very much a lady.

Rene, Ricci, Bill, Lorretta, Ricci and Erica,

So sorry for you loss.

I had the pleasure of going to lunch with Irene and Rene on more than one occasion over the years.

Although I didn't know Irene that well it is obvious that Rene and Ricci are the result of a job well done by a mother.

I have no words of great wisdom or comfort to offer as I am not sure that there are any for times like these, except that I do want you to know that you and dear Irene are in my thoughts and prayers.

I have so many fond memories of your mother during those days of our youth. She was a truly special lady.

Love,

Linda

Renee: Jessica and I would like to express our profound sorrow for the loss of your wonderful mother. Your mom was a kind and gentle Christian woman who was always concerned with the well being of those whose life she touched so dearly. Though she now enjoys eternal life, she will always remain in the hearts of those who loved her. Though loosing one's mom is the most difficult of life's burden, take comfort in knowing that Irene walked in Christ's footsteps along the path to eternal salvation and for that, she now has joined your dad in the kingdom and glory of Heaven.

Though she will be sorely missed, she will be rememberd by all as a good friend who asked not, but gave all. We were all lucky to have known her and had the opportunity to enjoy her company and good counsel.
