Long overdue attempt to connect with relatives on my fathers (William H. Bockoven) side of family. I'm sorry for your loss(es). To any of my cousins - I was originally attempting to locate relatives from Pacific Palisades, due to the awful fire there. I am the only surviving member of my immediate family, with my daughter and my nephew. I believe some of my paternal cousins had a friendship with my sister Becky or my brother David. If anyone has any interest in connecting with me, I'd be very pleased to hear from you! Thank you, Cathy.

Mr. Bockoven,
Sir, I didn't know you, but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during World War II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

My sympathy and prayers are with you all at this difficult time. I had the opportunity to know Dr. Bockoven through his connection with the Department of Psychiatry at The Cambridge Hospital. As administrative Assistant to the Chairman, I had numerous opportunities to have lengthy and most interesting conversations with him as he waited to see the Chairman. He was a very special person.
