Allen Boyk Obituary

Allen R. Boyk "Al" Of Minooka, At Peace, Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home at the age of 65 years. Born in Chicago, IL the son of the late Walter and Florence Boyk. Loving husband of 40 years to Doris (nee Gemskie) Boyk. Cherished father of Christopher Boyk and Karen A. Boyk. Preceded in death by his mother and father, two brothers and infant daughter Monica. Formerly employed at Deaton-Kennedy Company, Al was the Shipping and Receiving Manager for 41 years. A Memorial Mass for Allen R. Boyk will be held on Monday, July 5, 2010 at 10:30AM at St. Mary Catholic Church located at 303 West St. Mary Street, Minooka. Fr. Mark Fracaro officiating. Family and Friends are asked to meet directly at Church. Please omit flowers. Arrangements under the direction of: The Maple Funeral Home and Crematorium 24300 W. Ford Rd., Channahon 815.467-1234
