Jim was not only a good neighbor but one of the finest individuals I had the pleasure of knowing. It was always enjoyable to spend time with him. My thoughts and prayers are with Jen and family.

Our deepest sympathies to all of Jim's family. He was so kind and interesting, a newfound cousin who will be really missed. I only wish we had known him years earlier. RIP Jim.
