my favorite memory of Grampa was the weekends we would have when I was still in elementary school, I used to go over to go along with errands, play in the backyard, and just sit and spend time with him and nana, every time I would go over he would take the time to walk down to Marias sub shop in the harbor and he would always get me a sub and a soda, but throughout the day he would consistently introduce new words to my vocabulary and explain concepts like gyroscopes and how boats use them like a compass as well as other random tidbits.
