CONNOLLY, James J. Of Andover, January 13, 2024. Beloved husband for 63 years of Gayle C. (Conaty) Connolly. Devoted father of Catherine Longwell and her husband, Mark of Carlisle, James Connolly and his wife, Rosemarie of Philadelphia, PA and Mark Connolly and his wife, Becky, of Andover. Loving grandfather of Amy and husband, Kirk, Sam and wife, Jane, Grace, Mary Pat and husband, Thomas, James, Theresa, John, Helen, Joe and Fiona; his great-grandchildren, Jack Connolly and Thomas Joyce. Brother of David Connolly of Montclair, NJ, the late Robert and Walter Connolly. Further survived by many nieces, and many nephews, especially Julia Siders and Susan Connolly. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Visiting Hours, Friday morning, January 19, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., in St. Augustine Church, 43 Essex St., Andover. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11:30 a.m. Services will conclude with Burial at West Parish Garden Cemetery, Andover.
