IN THE SHORT TIME THAT WE HAD JIM AS A PATIENT ON OUR UNIT AT BEDFORD VA, HE TOUCHED OUR LIVES. IT WAS APPARENT TO US JUST HOW MUCH HE WAS LOVED, AS THERE WAS NEVER A TIME THAT FAMILY MEMBERS WERENT AT HIS SIDE TO OFFER COMFORT AND SUPPORT DURING THIS VERY DIFFICULT TIME. THAT WAS A WONDERFUL GIFT TO US.

GOD BLESS YOU JIM AND FAMILY.

When some of the first people you meet outside of your own family, are as special as Jimmy and his family, the loss is felt in spite of time and distance.

I will always remember Jim as a wonderful person who was always happy. Who I conspired with in Maine when we were younger to hide his vegetables at dinner so that nana would not know he did'nt eat them. A cousin who was fun to be around. I will truly miss him but will remember his smile. Jim - - I Love You.

It not often in this world we live in today, that we come across someone in passing who is just a happy person. Jim was always caring and eagar to spend time with loved ones. The smallest things could make him smile. Simply put, Jim was just a happy man. Always a pleasure to be around, Jim was full of energy and full of life all the time. He overcame many hurdles in his short lifetime, displaying extreem courage in each and every one, and for that Jim will be remembered. It is unfourtunate that such a quality person had to pass so early in his lifetime. Uncle Jim you will be missed.
