HANIFIN, James M. Of Jamaica Plain, Aug. 29th. Son of the late John and Mary (McManus) Hanifin. Beloved husband of Katherine "Katie" (Murphy) Hanifin. Loving father of Jimmy and his wife Cindy Hanifin of Walpole, Kathleen and her husband Eddie Davis of Norwood, John and his wife Mary Hanifin of Franklin, Mary Ellen Gilmore and Phil McNulty of Foxboro, Nancy and her husband Paul Devlin of Mansfield, Tommy and his wife Kelly Hanifin of Walpole and Bobby and his wife Tina Hanifin of Needham.

Brother of the late Francis Hanifin, the late Mary Kenney and the late John, Thomas and Robert Maloney. Also survived by 22 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre Street, WEST ROXBURY on Friday, Sept. 3rd. at 11am followed by a Funeral Mass in St Theresa-Avila Church, 2078 Centre Street, West Roxbury at 11:30am, Visiting Hours will be held at the Gormley Funeral Home Thursday, September 2nd from 4pm -8pm.
