JAMES NABSTEDT Obituary
James enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loved sports, coaching baseball, gardening, his dogs, and his time down the Cape. He worked as a letter carrier for 40 years and was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. James was a devout Catholic. He was a kind, easy going man who was full of knowledge.
Beloved husband of the late Catherine Nabstedt. Loving father of James L. Nabstedt and his wife Debra of Quincy, Judith Nabstedt of Weymouth, Richard Nabstedt and his wife Jean of Medford, Edward Nabstedt of Quincy, Stephen Nabstedt and his wife Treshia of Scituate, Patricia A. Nabstedt of Weymouth, and Joseph Nabstedt and his wife Leah of Braintree. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 5-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home, SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday in St. Mary's Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Quincy. See www.Keohane.com or call 1-800-Keohane for directions and online condolences.
