POWERS, James J. Jr. Age 78, passed, December 3, 2024. Brother of the late Teresa A. Powers. Cousin to Irene "Renie" Moran, Mary Foley and Joseph, Joanne Ciociolo-Callahan and Dan, William Monahan; and their families. Graduate of Assumption Preparatory School and Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Retired civil engineer for Metcalf & Eddy Inc. in Boston and Massachusetts Water Resource Association. Outdoor enthusiast, avid skier and hiker. Jim cherished summers in Chatham and always enjoyed the opportunity to entertain and visit with cousins and friends. Calling Hour: 9:30-10:30AM, Friday, December 6, 2024, Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., CLINTON, followed by Funeral Mass at 11AM, St. John the Evangelist Church, 80 Union St., Clinton and Burial in St. John's Cemetery, Lancaster.
