JAMES SIMONDS Obituary

SIMONDS, James E. "Jim" Of Kennebunk, ME, formerly of Woburn, died peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, January 23, 2022 at the age of seventy-eight. Beloved husband of 54 years to Judith F. (Palmer) Simonds; cherished father of Mark Simonds, his fiancée Tracey O'Brien of Stoneham and the late James Simonds Jr; proud grandfather of Jaden, Devyn and Jamison; loving brother of George Simonds, his wife Helen, Jean Courtney, her late husband Bill, the late Bob Simonds, his wife Anne, Ronald Simonds, his spouse Raoul Ajamil, Sr. Nancy Simonds and the late Tom Simonds, his wife Jean all of Woburn and the late Ann E. Hogan, her late husband Dan. Also survived by many extended family and friends. All are kindly invited to attend his Funeral Mass, Friday, January 28, 2022 in St. Charles Church, 280 Main St., Woburn at 10 a.m. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family. Calling Hours will be held prior to the Mass from 8:30 – 9:45 a.m. in the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main St., WOBURN, MA. so sorry for all of your loss. Had the best memories of camping with our families back in the early 80s. My deepest sympathy to all of you during this hard time. He was a wonderful person and will be missed by all. My heart breaks for you.
