Jeanne was quite a treat at the various conferences I attended as part of our work organization.
There was this one time when we all went out, and, well, something about coconut shells and hula skirts and dancing....
I'm sorry to hear of her passing. It is truly a surprise.
Jeanne was fun, spontaneous, and spoke her mind. Serious when needed and/or necessary, and certainly always a good remark or keen observation to make. I really enjoyed my interaction and work time with her.
Condolences to her surviving family and friends. I'm sure she'll be missed. (Or as she might wryly note with that Boston accent: "Yeah right, for a day or two. Then it'll be back to normal knowin' these guys...hah ha"
She will be missed. RIP Jeanne.
