JEFFREY CHARLTON BRYANT

BRYANT, Jeffrey Charlton Age 53, of Norwell, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully, on August 24, 2025, after a long illness. He is survived by his beloved wife, Karen Ridgley Bryant; his son, AJ Bryant (Erin); his sister, Saadia Bryant (Sean Foley); his stepsons, Jason A. Ridgley, Eliezer Vazquez; and many nieces, nephews' cousins and close friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Jack D. Bryant and Vernita W. Bryant. A graduate of Cohasset High School, Jeff was a standout basketball and baseball player before earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan. He began his career as a structural designer before moving into construction. In 2006, he joined Bryant Associates, the engineering and surveying firm founded by his father, where he served as CEO for nearly 20 years. Jeff was a passionate sports fan who loved watching and attending New England Patriots and Boston Celtics games, though his greatest pride was following University of Michigan football and basketball. He cherished time at the beach, finding peace by the shore. Known for his humor, resiliency, and big heart, Jeff brought warmth to all who knew him and will be deeply missed. Friends and family are invited to honor Jeff on September 8, 2025, at McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, NORWELL, from 4–8 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held September 9, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., at First Parish Church, Cohasset.
