Jeff was a great guy! One of God's good people that was always ready to help everyone. We will always remember him.

I just found out today about Jeff's passing. I wish I had known he had cancer. I wish I had known so I could have visited him or even gone to his funeral. The last time I saw Jeff, we had lunch. He told me that things we're going great for him. He had a new promotion and he had a great new wife. That was a little over a year ago.
Jeff worked for me as VP of Info Technology at Dickinson Direct for about ten years. He was one of the most loyal, honest and hardworking people I have ever known.
When he left the company, he wrote me a beautiful and heartfelt letter about how my management style had inspired him. But he was really the inspiration for me. He was always willing to help anyone in the company. He was very smart and took the company to new levels in technology when we really needed to go there.
He was a warm and good person who I believe was very misunderstood at times. He loved new technology and he was always thinking of new ways of doing things.
I'm sad I did not have a chance to say goodbye to you, Jeff. You proved to be much more than just an employee. You were always a good frind who I could talk to. The world will certainly miss you.
