DAVID, Jennie M. Of Norwood, December 8th, age 83. Wife of the late Shafic David. Loving daughter of the late Rezuk and Mary David. Devoted mother of Joyce Carboni and her husband Joe of CA and Douglas David of Norwood. Cherished sister of Albert of West Roxbury, Lorraine Maloof of West Roxbury, and the late William, Victoria David, Sam, Alice David, George, Joseph, and Nellie David. Loving grandmother of Lauren of CA. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home, 22 Oak St., HYDE PARK, Saturday morning at 10. A Funeral Service will be held at Stratford Street United Church, West Roxbury at 11. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Friday evening from 4-8. Childrens' room available. In lieu of flowers, all donations in Jennie's memory can be made to Stratford Street United Church, 77 Stratford St., West Roxury, MA 02132. Interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Jennie was so good to us as kids; a welcoming smile and always an invitation in for something to eat. Doug, my friend, your mom was so lucky to have you! She told me that every time I spoke to her. My deepest sympathy. Rememember, when you need her, just whisper her name in your heart.
