McARDLE, Joan Marie

"Joannie" (Murphy) Of Hingham, MA, 56, died Tuesday, April 21 at the McCarthy Care Center in Sandwich, MA. Beloved wife of James C. McArdle, daughter of late Mary E. and Timothy L. Murphy also leaves behind three sisters, Janice Cosgrove, Quincy, MA, Beth Ramsdell, York, ME and Jodi Davis, Exeter, NH, as well as many nieces and nephews. Born in Boston and raised in Quincy, Joannie received her BA in Government from Suffolk University. Co-Founder of Events Management Int'l., Inc. in 1987 creating and managing conferences and trade shows for over 30 years. Loved to travel throughout the U.S. and Europe and spend time on her favorite beach, Race Point, Provincetown. With a love of the ocean always living within a couple of miles, Joannie was so very caring, of generous heart and loving she will be terribly missed. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday May 8, from 8:30 - 10:30 AM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (Off Central St.) HINGHAM, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Paul's Church, 147 North St., Hingham, on Friday at 11 AM.
