JOHN TOBIN BUCKLEY

BUCKLEY, John Tobin Of Vero Beach, FL and Hingham, MA, passed away peacefully, on October 26, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Boston on November 12, 1946. John was the oldest son of Anna and John L. Buckley. He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Diane Ferioli Buckley; and their children, Kristen and Brian Denker; and their children, Jack, Charlie and Will; and son, John and Katherine Buckley; and their children, Tobin, Guy and Bay. He is also survived by his brothers, Lawrence, Richard and Kevin; as well as several nieces and nephews. He graduated from Catholic Memorial and Boston College and had a long and successful career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He retired at 55 and with his wife, pursued endless adventures including exploring foreign countries on motorcycles, racing vintage cars, and collecting Porsches. He relished spending time with his six grandchildren: sailing, skiing, fishing, hunting or just being with them, it brought him such joy. In John's own words "he was hard to like but worthwhile knowing." Indeed, his absence will be deeply felt by his family and countless friends. Services will be private.
