JOHN P. COTTER

COTTER, John P. Of East Boston, formerly of Quincy, on June 1st, at 92 years. Beloved son of the late John J. & Lillian M. (Mendoza) Cotter. John was a very proud U.S. Marine Veteran of the Korean War, serving with the 1st Marine Division. He was an accomplished medical sales representative and retired deputy sheriff in the Suffolk County Sheriffs Department. John leaves behind relatives and friends who will miss him dearly. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Vertuccio Smith & Vazza, Beechwood Home for Funerals, 262 Beach St., REVERE, on Thursday, June 15th, beginning at 8:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Joseph - St. Lazarus Church, 59 Ashley St., EAST BOSTON at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
