John DeCamillis Obituary

Of Watertown, formerly of Malden, entered into rest on the morning of Sunday, June 25, 2006. He was the loving husband of 61 years to the late Catherine "Kay" M. (Sallese) DeCamillis. Devoted father to Donna and Jason Rosenberg of Newton, Jack DeCamillis and Al Benson of Punta Gorda, Fla., and Kathy and Chuck MacDonald of Watertown. Adoring grandfather to Alicia Rosenberg, Mary and Annie MacDonald and the late Kayla Rosenberg. Loving brother of James DeCamillis of Wakefield, and Rose Sablone of Saugus, and the late Frank DeCamillis of Littleton, Caroline "Lena" DeSimone of Wakefield, Divina DeVito of Malden, Emma Barbetta of Stonham, Elvira Altobelli of Billerica and Camille DeRocco of Billerica. In addition John leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and the caring and devoted staff at the Belmont Manor Nursing Home. Funeral from the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main St., on Rte. 20, WATERTOWN, on Wednesday at 9:30 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass in the Church of Saint Patrick, 212 Main St. at 10:30 o'clock. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery. Calling hours: Tuesday 3-7 PM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Retired employee Hamilton Realty. Late member of Piave Fiume Lodge 1036, OSIA, Watertown. Contributions may be made in John's memory to the Scottish Rite Learning Center, 458 Newtonville Ave., Newton, MA 02458. For further information please refer to www.macdonald rockwell.com.
