Meadow Green Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Friends and relatives are respectfully invited to gather and remember the love John shared during Visiting Hours on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, from 10 am - 12 pm in The Mary Catherine Chapel of Brasco and Sons Memorial Chapels located at 773 Moody Street in WALTHAM, MA. Followed by a Celebration of his Life at 12 pm. Interment will be held at Mt. Feake Cemetery located at 203 Prospect St., Waltham, MA. Parking Attendants on duty.

I did not know of John's passing until today.
My memories are of him working with my late husband, Stanley, architect. They had a great relationship! I was very sorry to read this today.

I´m a student from Waltham High school and had the honor to meet Mr. Elander while going on clinical for my cna program through the school. I am sending his family and friends my condolences as it was such a pleasure to be able to talk to him and spend time with him as I was there. I will never forget his love for dessert especially the ice cream and the frosting on cake. He made me laugh more times than I can count and if I was ever having a bad day I knew that by walking into his room my day could be made. Again, I am so thankful for having met him and I hope you are all doing well.
