I will always remember going to your store on Nichols Street in Everett,Ma hanging out after camp until my mom or dad would come get me or you would bring me home. I will never forget you Uncle Jack. I love you.

When I think of Jackie, I think of his kindness and sense of humor. He would often visit our house, sometimes in Navy uniform, to chat with my mom, his Aunt Doris, about life and everything else on his mind. He loved to talk and mom would listen. And I'll never forget the afternoon of my Irish grandfather's funeral. He brought us all to a bar to celebrate Pa's life and he had us all laughing as he teased my brother for telling the truth about his age to the "bouncer" at the door. Jackie "pulled strings" to get him in and made the whole event fun. Sorry for your loss. Cousin Paula McGurn Snyder, now living in Pennsylvania.
