When I think of Jackie, I think of his kindness and sense of humor. He would often visit our house, sometimes in Navy uniform, to chat with my mom, his Aunt Doris, about life and everything else on his mind. He loved to talk and mom would listen. And I'll never forget the afternoon of my Irish grandfather's funeral.
