I come back and read this sometimes because I still can´t believe that you,Grandma and my Mother are all gone, and then I´m hit with reality every time I visit the grave you all rest at. I miss you so much Papa! You were my best friend and the Dad I never had! I love you more than life itself and I hope you all are watching over me until the day comes that I´m buried with you too..

Images of John from more than 40 years ago in Central Square, East Boston, flood in as I read of his passing. May Fitzie and all of our departed cherished friends from "Tom Malone's gang" rest in peace. With sympathy to John's sister, Rita, and his children, Sincerely,
