Dear Paula,
On my return today from a family trip, I learned of your sad news. (We missed you on Thursday but had no idea of your loss.)

As I read just now about who your father was, what he accomplished in life and how much he gave to his family and community, I can see very clearly the influence he had on you. As a Tufts colleague, I see his spirit in you...a wonderful legacy.

To you and your family I send my condolences.

Paula and Furlan family,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I attended the wake of Dr.McCue at the same funeral home today. These truly are trying times. I remember you speaking fondly of your father while we were at Holy Cross and saying what a good man and hard worker he was. Please take some comfort in the good times you shared and recall how important your happiness was to him. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Pat, Trish, Paula Suzie and Bobby;
I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how sad I was to hear of John's passing, but glad he can finally rest. What an incredibly strong man. I have nothing but fond memories of him..peering at us over his glasses, asking where we were going, who we were going with and what time to be home! Then always asking if we had enough money! He was a great man, and he will now be able to watch over all of you the way you have all been caring for him these last years. His spirit lives in all he touched. Who knows...maybe he and my Dad finally met!
Love you
Mimi
