John F. LAHIFF

LAHIFF, John F. Of Lexington, aged 86 years, died peacefully in the loving arms of his family on January 11, 2023.

John was the beloved husband of Eleanor (Green) Lahiff for over 59 years. He was the loving father of Joseph G. Lahiff and his wife, Kelly of Lexington, Christine Flanagan and her husband, Dan of Lexington, Michelle Ferretti and her husband, William of Mansfield, and Patricia Lahiff and her fiancé, David Lemberg of Nantucket. John was the devoted brother of Kathleen Bisbee of Uxbridge and the late Mary Elliot.

John was loved by his seven grandchildren: Taylor, John, Joseph, Keila, Riley, Michael, and Lauren; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

John was an avid walker and runner. He loved spending any amount of time with his family, especially at Newfound Lake, in Bristol, NH.

Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., LEXINGTON, Saturday, January 14, at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Brigid Church, 1980 Massachusetts Ave., Lexington, at 10 am. Visiting Hours will be from 4pm – 7pm on Friday, January 13.
