John Francis O'Brien

O'BRIEN, John Francis Of Westwood, and most recently of Carver, MA, passed away Dec. 4, 2008 at the age of 90. Loving husband of the late Helen Margaret (Griffin) O'Brien. Father of Richard T. O'Brien and Grandfather of Matthew J. O'Brien and Taylor O'Brien of New Salem, MA, also father of Mary Ellen (O'Brien) Casey and father in law of Francis J. Casey of Carver. Loving Grandfather of Erin-Marie (Casey) Oakham of Plympton, and Meredith Ellen (Casey) Hurley of Winthrop MA. Great Grandfather of Connor Francis, Fallon Jacqueline, and Jack Brian Hurley, all of Winthrop. Loving brother of Cornelius O'Brien of Fremont, NH and the late Richard T. O'Brien of South Boston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. At John's request, burial services are private at the National Cemetery in Bourne, MA.
