Of Waltham, formerly of Cambridge, July 31, 2003, age 50. Former husband of Karen P. Hurley of Waltham. Devoted father of Kelsey and Laurie Cusack. Beloved son of Margaret E. (Bowler) Cusack of Cambridge and the late Joseph P. Cusack Sr. Loving brother of Mary Ann Cusack and Jean Cusack, both of Cambridge, James Cusack of Framingham, William Cusack and his wife Maureen of West Lebanon, NH and Ellen Wood and her husband William of Bridgewater. Devoted friend of Barbara Fleming of Belmont. Also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral from the John C.
